The Role

This is a hands on, multidisciplinary role that combines brand design, campaign work, and production. You will work closely with the founding team, marketing, and external creative partners to bring campaigns, launches, and brand assets to life.

One day you may be building assets for a product launch. The next you may be directing a photographer, refining brand guidelines, or experimenting with AI tools to accelerate creative production.

This role is ideal for someone who moves comfortably between big picture brand thinking and detailed execution.

What You'll Do

Creative Design

Design across digital and physical touchpoints including:

• Campaign visuals and paid social assets
• Website and email graphics
• Packaging and print materials
• Showroom and retail collateral

You will help translate Cozmo’s visual identity into clear, cohesive, and high quality creative across all channels.

You will also support product launches and photoshoots, developing concepts and producing the assets needed across marketing and brand channels.

Project & Creative Partner Management

Work with a range of creative partners including photographers, 3D rendering studios, filmmakers, print and production suppliers, etc.

You will brief partners, review output, and ensure final assets meet Cozmo’s creative standards.

You will also manage timelines and coordinate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Brand Development

Help evolve and maintain Cozmo’s visual identity as the brand grows.

This includes:

• Maintaining and improving brand guidelines
• Ensuring consistency across campaigns and channels
• Helping refine the visual language of the brand over time
• We care deeply about typography, layout, and visual clarity. Attention to detail matters.

AI Enabled Creative Workflow

We actively explore new tools to improve creative speed and quality.

You will use AI tools (Google Flow, Weavy) such as image generation, video tools, and creative automation to:

• Accelerate ideation
• Generate campaign concepts
• Speed up production workflows

We are looking for someone curious about how new tools can expand the creative process.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic or marketing design, agency or in-house, ideally in a D2C,
• lifestyle, or premium brand
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Sharp typographic and layout sensibility: you notice the things most people miss
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality
• Comfortable using AI tools in your creative workflow
• London-based, available for hybrid work (3-4 days in our Shoreditch studio)
