3D Animation Artist

Position Overview
We are looking for a 3D Animation Artist with a strong artistic sense and technical skill to bring our projects to life. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers, modelers, and directors to create visually stunning and realistic 3D animations. You’ll be part of a passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D animations for films, commercials, and digital projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts.
- Work with rigging and modeling teams to ensure smooth character movements.
- Optimize animation performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Participate in creative reviews and provide feedback on motion, timing, and style.
- Stay up to date with new animation trends and software developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in 3D animation or motion design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of character animation, timing, and storytelling.
- Good eye for detail, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in VFX integration or game animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse 3D animation projects.
