StaffLnk: Custom WordPress Recruitment Platform
StaffLnk is a custom-built IT recruitment platform I developed for a Swiss client to simplify hiring for technology companies and skilled professionals across both German and English speaking markets.
The client needed a clean, scalable job board where companies could publish openings and candidates could easily browse and view detailed job information, fully bilingual from day one. Rather than relying on heavy job board plugins, I built the platform on WordPress with custom functionality, including a custom job listing system that lets administrators publish and manage posts efficiently while keeping the visitor facing side simple and responsive.
Key features include job listing pages, individual job detail pages, structured job categories, and a bilingual German and English interface built around clean, organized navigation.
One of the main challenges was keeping the platform lightweight and easy to manage while supporting structured recruitment data in two languages without slowing down the site. I solved this by building custom components and optimizing the site structure for performance and scalability rather than stacking plugins on top of each other.
The final result is a professional, modern, and responsive recruitment platform built to support growing hiring needs in the IT industry across Switzerland's bilingual business landscape.
