With several years of commercial brewing experience in the US and the UK and as a well respected southern chef, expect great things from Bates, former head brewer at London's Brew By Numbers. Bates looks forward to creating beer with terroir and a true sense of origin that will push the dynamic UK beer scene with a pioneering and unique model.
