Meet The Founder

Matt Dowling set up Freelancer Club following 10 turbulent years as a freelance photographer. Straight out of uni and with no intention of going solo, Matt fell into freelancing when the rent was due.

Learning from his [many] mistakes, one poignant moment involving an £11,000 unpaid invoice motivated Matt to set up a community platform that offered training, resources and support.

Cut scene, the Freelancer Club is home to more than 50,000 freelancers across 30 countries and has helped thousands of individuals achieve their goals.
