This group is to create a home for emerging, semi established or established freelancer professionals from Art, Fashion and Creative Media industries who would be interested in participating within the Fashion Is Art exhibition showcase. Artists included in this group will have the first opportunity to submit interests in featuring in the exhibition. Through this group, we will share additional opportunities for artists to participate in, which will contribute and benefit the artists along their journey. We will also share artists projects they have completed, contributing to the artist brand equity, as we will share on our social networks as well as our newsletters to industry professionals who hire artists from these disciplines.

Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign 2022

This Community is about real life stories. With the help of a freelance community, I am looking to create a breast cancer awareness campaign, with the hopes of raising awareness around breast cancer. I am looking for creatives that have a story to tell regarding the subject of breast cancer, whether this be there personal story, or how it has effected them through friends and family. This is a super sensitive subject and I really respect anyone happy to share their story with me. I will be taking inspiration from these stories to direct a shoot and selecting team members (models, photographers, MUAs etcs) who I think will work well along side myself and the theme. Last year my breast cancer awareness campaign was shared with charity 'coppa feel' via social media and this year I hope that we can invite other well known charities and organisations to share the images. Well planned creative content & social media can be such a powerful tool to educate others ! So let’s start using it in that way."
