What's it really like for a freelancing makeup artist around Halloween time? We caught up with the talented Nicola Bobin who's been freelancing as a makeup artist for the last 2 years in fashion, beauty and body art to talk all things spooky.

How much do you value your work? Some would say it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Could you find value in your work another way? Stock sites, for example, or syndication agencies could sell on your behalf. What about giving your work away for free?

Amiraa Vee is a model based in New York currently making her mark in the industry with an exceptional portfolio of work. Recently she featured in an ad campaign for ‘Creme of Nature’ and has also appeared at New York Fashion Week on various catwalks. 

Bill Smith believes that local TV means local democracy. He has been campaigning over the past few years for Brighton to have its own television channel and has finally managed to gain the government grants required to make this happen. Latest TV launches this summer and Bill believes it will bring with it a “democratic force in the city that you don’t get from other forms of media.”
